I have been involved in several different 'agreements' in the last few years of my life. Whether the agreement is just an unspoken understanding between myself and a business associate, or an actual written 'this is my responsibility and this is yours'..... Regardless. There are two things in common in all successful business interactions: Priority AND commitment.
If you want anything to work in business, it MUST be a priority! And you MUST commit to its completion. If there is anything less, it will eventually fissle out.
Wouldn't you agree?
So is friendship that much different? In order to make it work.... BOTH people need to make it a PRIORITY and COMMIT to its fullness. If it isn't, won't it too eventually fissle out?
That's not always a bad thing. Everything/everyone in our lives are either in our lives for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. The WISE know which/who are meant to be there for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.
